No suggestion when there is one word from title and one word from author #695

This is logical as the suggestions are field-centered. But is that really user-friendly ?
When I type "ramuz derborence", I would expect that I get a suggestion for the book derborence from ramuz.
Same if I type "steinbeck mice".
Maybe the title suggestions, should search in the author field as well ?
