Deployment via Docker Containers in Kubernetes

Some open questions for @outermedia-cbo and @outermedia-sba :

[x] Could you use this Dockerfile https://github.com/swissbib/vufind/blob/swisscollections-SC-59-Kubernetes/docker/test/php/Dockerfile for development as well (so we have only one) instead of https://github.com/swissbib/vufind/blob/swisscollections-SC-59-Kubernetes/docker/development/Dockerfile ? Or do you really need the 3 docker-compose commands described here https://github.com/swissbib/vufind/blob/swisscollections-SC-59-Kubernetes/docker/Readme.md ?
[x] I moved the config directory to swisscollections. Ok ?
[x] I moved the docker-compose.yml and readme.md to docker directory. Ok ?
[x] It would be probably good to have only one nginx config https://github.com/swissbib/vufind/tree/swisscollections-SC-59-Kubernetes/docker/conf. Is that possible ? I have the feeling that server_name is not important. For fastcgi_pass, I am not sure that I can use a hostname in Kubernetes. Should be possible, but I am not sure how.
