Add Ubuntu as alternative OS #1

It would be useful to extend the module to allow for Ubuntu as an alternative operating system. This would probably also mean the extension of the https://github.com/swisscom/puppet-package_verifiable module to support Ubuntu.

I'm pretty sure PRs doing that work - especially refactoring the relevant parts for multi-distro support - and hence suggesting possible solutions will be considered.

@duritong the plan is most certainly to submit a PR, this was a reminder/placeholder to start the conversation.
