More swag for attendees and speakers

Another very good point by him: ask T-Shirt size during registration! The form during the next edition will be for sure improved. Asking more information reduces the wasted money on unused swag and makes it faster for people to check-in. We could already prepare a bag for each attendee and just look for it during the registration. Check-in time would be perfect in that case 💯
