Announce talks in advance and last minute changes in the main room #8

One talk has been announced in the very last minute, plus the last minute switch has not being announced in advance enough.

Even better, announce last minute changes in every room. Not everyone is in the main room, so any change in schedule would have to be repeated as a reminder in each session
