Bring back an MC #12

To take some pressure off the organisers needing to be on stage for each talk to introduce a speaker, having a dedicated MC would most likely help, as well as the other benefits of maintaining continuity between talks and being able to act as a buffer for minor issues.

While this requires more preparation up front I feel this would reduce pressure during the event itself.
