Make sure there are refreshments (coffee, water..) available at all times #2

I think there were some issues with COFFEE.

On Tuesday morning there was no coffee served until after 11 am (before that only the Nespresso machine you had to pay 2 CHF). I think it should be mandatory for any tech conference to have endless supply of coffee. :)

This would also be my biggest complain ;) Even though I don't need coffee, water would have been a good thing to have at all times. Also the catering didn't do a good job handing out half full glasses of water one after one - but that's probably not your fault.

This is the downside of changing places every year, with catering we have to start from scratch, so there's no way to use feedbacks for fixing things the year later... but next year we will try to improve this from the beginning.

I heard also some complaints about the catering acting in an arrogant and unfriendly way, I hope you haven't experienced this at all...

My only complaint about the conference is the catering staff. Having to stand in a queue for 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee was not very nice.

One member of the catering staff was particularly rude; I saw her tell someone to go and use the tap in the bathroom if he wanted a drink of water!

My complaint about the catering staff is the only problem I encountered. Everything else about the conference was wonderful, and I'm enormously grateful for all the hard work which you all put in. Much appreciated. :)
