Include or document compatibilities of `common-tracing` package #2791

From one person of IT11.3, common-tracking package seems to be seen as part of the design-system. The person was looking for compatibilities with Angular version (the v3.0.0 was blocking the migration as it only support Angular 15). Should we document the package in our repository? Or perhaps should we add a table on the readme of the repo with the compatibilities?

Document the currently compatible version in the readme.md on Bitbucket.
