feat(icons): update source storage folder for v1 icons and add v2 source icons

Some of the v1 icons exist already in the source branch under src/icons/v1, those are the once showing up as "removed" from the folder public/post-icons. All the others are flagged as moved (from public/post-icons to src/icons/v1. This means, we removed every icon from the public/post-icons folder and added all of them in the src/icons/v1 folder, which is exactly what we wanted.
