Bot sometimes replies twice to the same message #2

This has been reported by users in https://t.me/LNPingBotSupport

Sometimes the bot responds twice to the same message. Seems to happen with /ping and /info but not faster commands like /help and /start.

I can't reliably reproduce this though I have seen it happen occasionally.
