fixes a bug in the help text for the hawaii.rps module that would crash switch solve --help (always use %%, not % in help text!).
updates the copyright year to 2019
adds the ability to update the version number of example directories to match the current version of Switch, even if no data update is needed (switch update --recursive --assign-current-version)
