This pull request will merge the 2.0.8 branch into master in preparation for the next release. This release includes suspend, retire and retrofit options for generators; production of hydrogen fuel; DATES and tp_dates elements to group timepoints into days rather than timeseries when needed; and compatibility improvements up to Pyomo 6.7.1.
