About dialog's layout all messy #64

The current about dialog's layout is rather undynamic, well, actually not 
existing at all.

The attached patch replaces the header's splitter (why is a splitter used there 
anyway?) with a grid layout and a spacer. All tabs gained a vertical layout. 
The Spacer+Ok grid layout got converted to a more use case appropriate 
horizontal layout.

All other ui files suffer from the same lack of layout, but let's start small :)
