Enabling the 3.5 display for Pine64 #20

The Pine64 has 40 pin connector compatible with the Rpi which was explicitly designed to allow using devices created for the rpi.

I have made some pull request to the pine64 kernel repo, but I am interested to know if you'd be willing to merge the resulting changes to also support the display on the pine64? Since my purpose is to make this work and have it reproducible, I am also planning to document the board specific info, too.
