Create a directory with instructions for each download #3

I suggest that each type of download have its own page with detailed instructions, images, etc.

Also the url should be a directory (getsharp.org/visualstudio/) NOT an html page (getsharp.org/visualstudio.html) so that the serving logic is hidden.
