Is it possible for the cover line when attacking to be projected like range is?

Since it's a 2D horizontal line, and I've played against someone where it was a confusing moment for them Or just make the line go to the bottom of the bases The example is that I had an elevated unit, and none of the cover lines hit the piece of terrain, so he was confused about that I would still get cover

This is no longer necessary given new LOS rules.
