Food type vs food category? #23

Not sure what is the difference between these 2, but it was not explained in the UG at all.

For example, a food type and food category is set here.

I accept this as a bug as it was not clearly stated. Just to clarify, it was included in the UG, just that it was split up into different segments. I have included the snapshots of the descriptions in the UG below.
