make 时出错， --with-libpq-dir 指向没起作用 #73

./configure --with-php-config=/www/server/php/74/bin/php-config --with-libpq-dir=/www/server/pgsql/include make 出错信息如下： /www/server/swoole/ext-postgresql-master/php_swoole_postgresql.h:31:22: 致命错误：libpq-fe.h：没有那个文件或目录但 /www/server/pgsql/include 目录下是有libpq-fe.h 这个文件的，感觉--with-libpq-dir 没起作用，见下图 pgsql
