PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "SWOOLE_USE_SHORTNAME" in [my_project_path]/vendor/swoole/library/src/functions.php:16 #174

  1. I installed "swoole/library": "^5.1" using command composer require swoole/library

I switch between Swoole and OpenSwoole. When i switch to OpenSwoole for my testing with OpenSwoole, i get error as i start server.

2. I am getting this error PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined constant "SWOOLE_USE_SHORTNAME" in [my_project_path]/vendor/swoole/library/src/functions.php:16

I am using Swoole verion 5.1.2
