jscroll freezing when browser scrolls moved

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Move browser scroll 
2. Click to scroll track (I mean white space) jscrollpane 
3. go back with scroll of browser and jscroll freezing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And
operating system?

Auch I'm so sorry. But I fix the problem. It's about the mousewheel plugin. we 
must
add it to page else the problem it's showing him self.
