Automatically re-initialise with collapisble content with drupal

I am trying to get this to work myself on a drupal site. I followed the
instructions
on: http://plugins.jquery.com/node/851 but no matter where I place the
function that
goes on the jquery.em page, either the scrollbar breaks or it doesn't auto
resize.
Can someone give me a bit more detail on this? or tell me where I went wrong?
I also saw this was in issue 37 in which someone was able to get it work,
but wasn't clear on how.
