Binary format of dtNavMesh changed, but version number did not go up. #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to read a navmesh built before rev 221 of DetourNavMesh.h with version 
221 code!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should increment file version in DT_NAVMESH_VERSION to 5

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN Rev 227

Please provide any additional information below.
Please update the version number when the binary format changes, so my build 
process can catch the difference and force a rebuild of all navmeshes in the 
game!

Thanks for noticing that. Sometimes these slip through my fingers. I bumped the 
version number, I hope that will not cause too much trouble again.

No problem.  I incremented it locally but didn't want to have to resolve that 
difference every time I update it. 

Thanks for making this library.  It has saved us tons of time.
