Customizing terrain triangle traversal cost #24

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

It would be extremely useful to define a traversal cost for each triangle.
This would allow us to determine when it is optimal to swim through a lake
versus walking around it, for example. Another example would be when to
take a potentially winding highway versus wandering through a
monster-filled wilderness.

I second this one. In my project I have footpaths between buildings on a
terrain. I
would like to encourage (but not restrict) agents to walk on the footpaths
whenever
possible rather than just cutting across the grass. I'm hoping something like
this
will make this achievable?
