Add filter to allow to create areas based on walkable height at voxel location.

It looks like I might need to implement this for my project in the next week or 
two - we need to support characters that can crawl under vehicles, into vents, 
etc.

What's the rough breakdown of how this would work? Where should I look to see 
where I'd begin integrating it?
