"dt" prefix missing in DetourCommon.h #68

I've updated to 158 - however a lot of functions in DetourCommon.h still 
don't have the "dt" prefix. e.g. "overlapBounds", "nextPow2"

It's almost like you got halfway down the file and then gave up :)

R159... I started to wonder, then I thought some more and after a while the 
commit
was made :) I kinda was pondering if I should move the common stuff over to
DetourNavmesh.cpp, but could not decide. Now all the stuff in DetourCommon has 
dt-prefix.
