bug in tile connecting #72

when I use "Tile mesh" on default "nav_test.obj" with default settings - I
got strange path, that lead throught solid surface (screenshot in attachment).

with "Solo mesh tiled" and "Solo mesh simple" all ok.

at first look it seems that bug in dtNavMesh::connectExtLinks
