Allow the use to specify up axis (both Recast & Detour).

This would require support transforming the inputs and output throughout the 
whole system all the way from Recast to Detour. It is just a transformation 
matrix, but it is better handled on the user's code.

But what about local areas within navigation mesh? 
Like wallwalk for examle.

I have no plans at this point to implement wall walk, it is a whole different 
feature.
