Manage EC2 Credentials - UI Issue #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on 'Credentials'
2.In 'Manage EC2 Credentials' window enter account name, AWS Access Key & AWS 
Secret Access Key details
3.Click on 'Add' button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The details should be added to the above grid. It happens but the details in 
the text fields not get cleared.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
