Attaching EBS volume to Windows instance on Eucalyptus. #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Windows instance on Eucalyptus EE.
2. In attaching EBS volumes to Windows instances, Eucalyptus requires device 
name.
   But Hybridfox sets device name "windows_device" and the field attribute is "disabled"
   when the target is Windows instance.
3. Hybridfox checks ConsoleOutput 'Windows is Ready to use'
   in attaching EBS volumes to Windows instances, but Windows instances don't
   output 'Windows is Ready to use' to console on Eucalyptus.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
EBS volumes cannot be attached.

Attached patch file for hybridfox1.6.
    - Set device name field attribute "enabled" when the target is Windows instance, Endpoint is not AWS.
    - Don't check ConsoleOutput 'Windows is Ready to use' when Endpoint is not AWS.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 hybridfox-1.6.000165 on Windows
