Connecting to Eucalyptus cloud as Admin causes security groups to be handled poorly #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to your Eucalyptus cloud as the admin user.
2. Make sure there are other users in the cloud.
3. in the "Launch" dialog, you will see that all user's "default" security 
groups are listed in the "launch in" list.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

HybridFox should only put admin's "default" group in the "launch in" group, 
preferably.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.7-68 on Windows and Mac.
