champions with v0 skeletons do not render correctly #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the Ashe model or any other champion with the new skl version
2. Enable animations

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting an Ashe model. Instead we see a distorted image.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rfab20649fc82 (latest source push) on Windows 7 x64
