Check_mmm: return with chech_nrpe "Cannot Find/Execute mmm_control" #16

My Problem with this check is:
If the script I execute on the server and all runs fine. But if the script 
execute with check_nrpe on the monitoring Server come this:
/check_nrpe -H xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx -c check_mmm
CRITICAL: Cannot Find/Execute mmm_control

i use check_mmm in vers 0.1.0 on a open suse 11.3

ok the messagen if i execute the script with nrpe is not CRITICAL: Cannot 
Find/Execute mmm_control it is "OK but the deamon is not run
