HTML Comments are printed verbatim but should be hidden #253

This is a (small) subset of the (general) #3 problem space re. what to do with HTML:

At least some ;-) HTML is trivial to handle... an HTML comment (such as the license header e.g. in this MD) could easily just be skipped/hidden (instead of printed passed through verbatim in green, as it currently is).

I'm happy to accept any pull request which improves the state of HTML support :)

I'll not implement this myself tho, simply because I myself don't have any markdown files with such comments.

Meanwhile I'm taking the liberty to close this issue as not planned, since #3 already tracks general HTML support.
