Collector add metrics and refactor #37

This closes #11

I modified the code to track the metrics as described in #11.

I added memory used by the evaluators. But I failed to get the status of Evaluators so I changed that metric to the number of evaluators.
Changed the example application to consume Heap memory creating object continuously.
Extra tests are added and have refactored on some codes.
