Make separate Configuration for Collector #43

In the Collector part, the objects are created via injection but there is no configuration to specify the behaviour. I think we need to define and specify the configuration for Collector classes.

As the collector part has changed into RemonLogger which works as a logger, I think we do not need any configuration to define this component. RemonLogger is simple and concise enough to serve the current requirements. So I think this issue has no meaning now. Does anyone has a different opinion?

Agreed. Our new approach is better.
