shameful question for delayed submission #16

Dear professor, Due to my lack of knowledge of REEF/java and late start of programming assignment, I'm not sure that I could do with this programming assignment on time.

Is it okay with submitting programming assignments with some penalty..?

@kr8534 I forgot to put that it is a hard deadline on the web. So, I will make an exception. You can submit your code by 6pm tomorrow (Sun); but, there is 30% penalty for the late submission. After 6pm tomorrow (Sun), it is worth zero credit.
