backward compatibility problem !!! #6

Sadly, I wasted so much time building TANG, WAKE, REEF project on Github. Habitually, I used to install newest software on my conputer. This time, too, it was the same I installed protobuf 2.6 & jdk8 to build them. It caused lots of build errors. Do use protobuf 2.5 & jdk7 in case of windows operating system !!!

Thanks for the heads up. Detailed instructions on building are available at https://github.com/Microsoft-CISL/REEF/wiki/How-to-download-and-compile-REEF. There is some more information on the wiki as well, but some of it is out-of-date (most notably, Group Communication).
