[Test] Community 부분 Test + Refactoring

Abstract

주된 목표는 Community 부분의 Testing이지만 그 과정에서 Refactoring 및 기능, 구조 개선도 진행할 예정입니다.

Frontend는 간접적으로 제가한 부분(MyPage)빼고 완료했습니다. Backend는 토요일 오전~오후 중에 최대한 하겠습니다!

자잘한 Backend/Information 페이지 같은 거는 그냥 틀만 있는 상태라서 나중에 제대로 구현을 진행한 후에 테스트 구현을 하는 게 나을 것 같아서(어차피 80% coverage에는 영향이 없을 것 같습니다) 내버려두었습니다. Backend, Frontend testing 완료했습니다.
