Can you point me the part about Pivotal Tracker? I dropped this requirement this semester; there shouldn't be any reference to Pivotal Tracker.
Of course, you need to update the Requirements and Specification if there is any change. Note that you're creating a service for clients. If you think it's useful to update the doc, you should any time. It's not like I'm giving you homework.
