Incompleted Features should be included in the Design and Plan Document? #21

If we have a feature that is going to be halfway done by the deadline should be include what we did in the Design and Plan Document for the first milestone or should be wait and include it in the second milestone document?

This won't be closed by the first milestone deadline. I will check what's been closed in each milestone.
