I know, its still on the to do list. Can't decide on how the grouped device should react since there are 2 possibilities:
Ofcourse when only using the grouped device, reboot is the only issue you will have  You could move the seperate devices to a zone named "not used" and use the grouped device within your zones. When you turn on the lights by speech, it will get updated etc.
Maybe it is a limitation of 'Homey'. Maybe a grouped 'button' could be a split on/off button instead of a toggle button. And an icon that shows that 'some' lights are on and some are off (tri-state) and where just a slider for it being dimmable could be beneath it and a long press would open up some details or.
That is 'ui-usability'. I e.g. seldomly change the colors of my hue lights individually, so that might be hidden a little (keeps the ui cleaner/less crowded)... Maybe you could bring this up with the Athom guys (since you seem more intimate with them ;-))
Thats actually indeed a limitation and not possible. The best way would be to only use the device groups (for speech, flows and manual switching) or keep them in sync using flows.
It would be great if the user could decide how it works. Either as option (none) /1/2 with in the group settings, on a group by group basis. Or failing that If we had the ability to change the 'state' of the group with out actually triggering the grouped devices capabilities using flows we could do what ever we wanted.
Hi, Really good app by the way and helps plug a huge gap in Homey light control. Any updates on this feature, Alexa screws up the status all the time.
Ive got a version with this feature if you willing to be an alpha tester?
Sure, love to

Ive sent instructions on the athom forums.
It works great for grouping my Philips Hue lights, thanks for that! There is just one thing 'missing'. The 'feedback' on the light status. When e.g. I turn on the lights in the livingroom by voice and want to turn them of with the grouped light button, I do no see them being turned on (or vice-versa). I know this is not the easiest thing to implement, especially if not all grouped devices have feedback, but I thought I'd report it anyway
Using 1.0 of your app and 1.5.0rc8 for homey itself
Nice work btw!
