[Enhancement] Buienradar widget #47

I really like the Buienradar widget a lot. It would be nice to have a similar on click functionality as in the RSS widget. On Click could trigger a bigger display of the image or even a zoomed in version with precipitation histogram like: http://www.buienradar.nl/nederland/neerslag/zoom/3uurs?lat=52.046&lon=4.327 .

Will look into it, but might chose to create a weather plugin that even shows a bit more than that.
