Difference between "satisfiable" and "valid"?

May I ask again what is the difference between these two mentioned terms?

For example,

x > 3 is satisfiable (e.g., x > 3 is true if x == 5), but not valid (e.g., x > 3 is false when x == 2).
x+ 3> x is valid (i.e., x + 3> x is ALWAYS true regardless of the value of x)
