Prettier: ignore markdown files

Description

Seems like it's not possible to elegantly tell prettier to ignore code blocks in markdown files. Next best thing: ignore .md files alltogether, so that we can at least keep our business code formatting consistent.

Drive-By:

• Changed lint script to only check the formatting
• Introduced format script that will write the formatting
• Formatted .js and .scss files
