Description
Building on @daun 's nice groundwork in #160 here. I'd propose to print the package version directly on the repo links instead of rendering two buttons. In my opinion, the GitHub logo communicates it clearly enough that it's a link to GitHub.
Regarding the discussed link to the changelog – I don't have a strong opinion there, maybe a good candidate for another PR?
