Fix npm install #60

With the new @swup/plugin npm install is working for me now. Also updated swup to semver range

Can we require swup at ^3.0.0, not ^3.0.2? That increases the chances of not having duplicate versions. The plugin makes sense since the fix only landed in 2.0.1, but for swup we're okay with 3.0.0 for compatibility.
