Manhattan-plot: specify output name #6

Add in option to give the output a specific name (now it's based on the filename) 🔶

You can add in a parameter in the metagwastoolkit.conf file to give a name to the plots (not just manhattan?) and then the bash script for manhattan will take that as the name.
