Issue Define

로깅 출력 메시지 개선

Summary of resolutions or improvements

클라이언트의 IP가 Proxy서버의 IP으로 출력되는 문제를 해결
허용된 IP에서 모니터링 목적의 API를 호출하는 경우 로깅 제외
응답 상태코드가 200인 경우, req & res 의 메시지 body를 최대 1000자로 제한하여 출력
