chore(about): small text adjustments #131

Just a few adjustments to the text in the about page I noticed while looking at the live demo. :)

@sw-yx Now that I think about it, should this be updated to match the repo's README?

@taismassaro yeah we should probably make sure the readme is the authoritative one, and then copy paste over to the about page? or is there a better way to do this?

@sw-yx I updated the README and copied it to the about page. maybe there's a way to just read the README file in that page instead?
