sms to numbers containing hyphens not working as expected #2

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the sms command with a phone number containing hyphens - ie.
sms:123-123-1234
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect an sms to be sent to that number. Instead in GTalk, I get a "No
match for "xxx-xxx-xxxx" followed by "SMS delivered"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
GtalkSMS v.0.2.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I'll remove "-" for number recognition

That sounds good -- I noticed it because you fixed the contact issue. My
contact phone numbers all have hyphens in them, so I just copied and pasted the
number and boom.

Yes good catch, thanks to you I've found a bug in Contact matching with my
implementation for the new Android API.
I'll push the fix in few minutes

Cool - I bought the donate versions from market last night, but got a refund
this morning and donated via paypal instead.
